BR.NET Tutorial

BR.net is a program that uses the Microsoft .NET Framework technology to run a Renegade Free Dedicated Server and combines the functions of "BlazeRegulator" and "RenRem" together.

Basically, it gives FDS admins more control over the FDS.

But BR.NET is outdated and this wasn't a real Tutorial! Argh.
